Can I try out Hubeg?

We give you a 14-day free-of-charge trial period, so that you can try out all the solutions we prepared for you at Hubeg. What is important, you do not have to provide your credit card information. We do hope that once your free trial period is over, you will want to stay with us for longer.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Hubeg, we accept credit/debit cards.
How does the subscription model work?
Answer:
In the subscription model, your service is automatically renewed after the end of each settlement period. When renewing the subscription, we charge a payment for the studios in accordance with the plan of your choosing.
The basis for the settlement in the subscription model is the number of EMS studios in your company. For your convenience, in the Settings/ Plans tab, you will find information about your plan, settlement period and forecast amount to be paid in the next settlement period.
Can I change the plan?
Answer:
Your plan, your choice. At any time, you can change the plan to a one that perfectly suits your current needs. The change of a plan to a higher one is done immediately; whereas using a lower plan starts after the end of the current settlement period.
Plans are adjusted to specific kinds of requirements of EMS studios. A small studio, in which the owner is the main or only trainer, has different needs than a chain of studios, whose management entail challenges of a much larger scale. We recommend that you use all functionalities of Hubeg, so that you do not miss anything important.
Can I resign at any time?
Answer:
Yes. You can resign at any time. Just delete your studios, and you will no longer be charged for using Hubeg in the next settlement period.
- Unlimited access to the event log in the Business and Enterprise plan. In the Team plan, access to the event log is limited to the last 90 days.
- Subject to restrictions and additional fees as per the price list available in the application.
